fortschritt
Progress as a path
Milestones along a single route, each carrying a state. Drawn as a concept: there is no tracker data behind it yet.
Planned product
A personal progress and organisation system for learning and academic development: milestones, certificates, a study path and, later, a CV built from what you have already recorded. Tracker is designed, not released — nothing on this page is a working program.
What it is
Tracker is the planned third Obstoon product. It exists to organise the parts of learning that have no single home: what you are working on, what you have finished, what you have earned a certificate for, and the study history behind all of it.
The concept keeps the same honesty as the rest of the ecosystem. Progress is a path with milestone nodes, each with a state. A certificate is a record with a name, a date, a duration, a status and the skill it belongs to. Language learning is German grammar organised by CEFR level, where every entry can carry one of four states.
None of this exists as software yet. Tracker is under design, and the fields, the states and the hierarchy on this page are the proposal, not a finished application.
Concept areas
01
fortschritt
Milestones along a single route, each carrying a state. Drawn as a concept: there is no tracker data behind it yet.
02
zertifikate
A certificate is a name, a date obtained, a duration or validity, a status, and the skill or language area it belongs to. These are planned fields, not a live archive.
03
sprache
German grammar arranged from A1 to C1, with each entry able to carry one of four states. The level catalogue is a concept example, not a complete grammar database.
04
studium
Education stages with their institutions, fields, periods and achievements — the academic progression the rest of the record builds on.
05
künftig
A future generator would compose a résumé from the recorded study path and certificates. It is an idea, not an implementation, and no date is promised.
Language states
Every German grammar entry in the concept carries exactly one of four states. The states give the record a working verb instead of a vague “in progress”.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Understood | Marked as mastered; counts as measured progress. |
| Not understood | Needs further work before it is counted. |
| Not studied yet | Present in the level catalogue, untouched so far. |
| To study later | Deferred on purpose, so it does not crowd the current focus. |
This page shows the concept of grammar organised by CEFR level — a small example of the idea, not a published grammar database. A complete level catalogue is not available, and none of the states above is backed by a real record.

Not yet
There are no user accounts, no login, no profile and no cloud storage. The scene on this page is drawn, not stored.
The full set of German grammar entries organised by level is not published. Only the concept and a small example are shown here.
A generator that composes a résumé from recorded study and certificates is a future direction, not a built feature.
Next
Tracker is under design and not released. Until then, the two announced products are the way in: speak German with Speech, or find material in Library.
